When does cover start?
Cover begins once the initial service and system inspection has been completed and the system meets plan requirements.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. Your monthly payments begin once your plan is set up and the initial service and system inspection have been completed. If any remedial work is required before cover starts, we’ll explain this clearly and provide a quote before proceeding.
What happens if my system fails the initial inspection?
If remedial work is required, we’ll explain what’s needed and provide a clear quote before cover starts.
Are parts always included?
Parts inclusion depends on the plan level and BER limits. Full details are available on the plan information pages.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, all service plans run for a minimum term of 12 months. Full details are provided in the plan terms.
