When does cover start?

Cover begins once the initial service, inspection, and any required certification have been completed and the property meets plan eligibility requirements.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. Monthly payments begin once the plan is active and the initial service and inspection have been completed. If remedial work is required before cover can start, this will be explained clearly and quoted separately in advance.

What happens if my system fails the initial inspection?

Are parts always included?
